Jamie started creating music from a very early age and that passion led him to study Jazz and Pop Music at the Leeds College of Music. He was the keyboard player and composer of the broody melancholic Indie Rock band Sister who released tracks through Parlaphone / Sony and toured extensively throughout Europe.
He is an experienced and versatile composer who creates high quality music from intimate solo piano pieces to large orchestral scores. His music has been broadcast on commercials, tv and film with major brands such as Vauxhall, VW, Lidl, Warner Brothers, National Geographic, BBC and SKY. He has had many placements on tv shows and media campaigns worldwide including the recent BBC promo for Worzel Gummidge.
Currently, he is composing for several US TV programs for National Geographic, whilst also composing his second album for John Fulford Music and contributing to albums released by Ninja Tune Production Music through Pretty Decent Music.
So far this year, he has worked on TV shows for Disney+, National Geographic, BBC including Critter Fixers season 3, Cesars Milan, Secrets Of Tampa Zoo and Magic of Disney's Animal Kingdom.
